No problem, Veronica, good luck!  Not sure how new you are to the Mac, but I 
remember having a lot of days like that for a while after I got my Mac.  For 
me, those days became fewer and further between, and eventually disappeared 
altogether.  In fact, I just took a job where I have to work with Windows a 
lot.  I've spent a scary amount of time cursing Microsoft, and have reaffirmed 
my conviction that I will never, ever, ever, ever, *ever go back to Windows. :)
