Hi Donna, Here's a tip for next time you update flash. After pressing tab to get to the correct button, using VO+space doesn't work as expected. You need to simply press only the space bar. It's weird, but for some reason that's how it works in this particular installer. I got to this thread too late to help you this time, but this should explain what the problem was. I found this out by pressing everything I could think of until something worked. Took me a few updates to be sure what the answer was.
