Sorry, I did mean to ask if the user was using Windows or Mac, then I would have provided more instructions. I guess this user is going to require a lot of hand holding.
My head is elsewhere at the moment as I bang off various stuff to Apple regarding numerous quirks and bugs I keep finding in Mountain Lion. Oh also just done a huge rant on how the Calendar app should work, its a mess and could have taken more cues from its iOS cousin.
