bwahahaha! I'm good. Okay: to delete them, Go to Finder, and navigate to the Downloads folder. There, you'll find a whole bunch of files with the same name and different numbers after them. Delete all but one by selecting them, holding down the shift and using arrows to cursor over them all, and hitting command Delete. This will send them to the trash.
