Well, Once you have selected the kind of disk you want to burn, you press the "add" button. Here, a dialog box opens up which will allow you to add the files you wish to burn. You should be familiar with this box because it's the standard finder open fild type of box. As you VO+right after selecting your files, you will notice that Burn will give you the amount of disk space remaining on your blank CD for burning. Just VO right and things will be fairly self explanatory, thus, requiring practically no instruction.
