OK I do not know why Itunes has made the playlist in its own way!
When I make one the songs end up in the order that I add them to the list!
But I do put them in 1 at a time!
But as for finding the burn option when sitting on the name of the playlist in 
the sources table then if you interact with that name then bring up vo+shift+m 
in that menu is the burn to disc option!
I do not know how your adding your tracks but what I do When I'm on a track to 
add I use vo+shift+m and use the add to playlist sub menu in there to put the 
track in the playlist I want!
