Ah, ok. Well, in the mobile site, you can navigate by links with VO-command-L. On the full site, you can navigate by headings. each newsfeed heading is a level 6, so once you get to a newsfeed on heading level 6, you can then either press VO-command-h or VO-command-M (for same heading number.
You can also use the VO rotor with VO-U, then find the headings with VO right-arrow. Once you reach the headings area, just press down-arrow to go through them.
