Hi, Don't use the menu items within the Message menu. When you open the given message, you will have the message content area and the message header area. Interact with the Message Header area enough times to be able to navigate right through the Message Header area. If you're deep enough, navigating with VO-right will yield the "From", the "Sender name", the "Subject" etc. After you go past the "Sender's name", go back with VO-left and stop after VO reads the Sender's name. Press VO-shift-m to bring up the contextual menu at which point you should see the Reply to Sender option that mentioned.
