Hello Scott, I am currently running 4.57 but I would appreciate it a great deal if you would list the steps in order to upgrade the firmware for the Focus 40 Blue.

I stumped three levels of Apple help folks with this one, including someone purported to be an engineer, so I'm guessing there's a good possibility of it being a bug.
