Hello Kristyn, I just unboxed it and I believe that it says that I am running version 4.57.
By the way, is there a table of Braille commands that I can get that will give me all of the Mac recognized commands for Braille displays? I use the Focus with my Mac Mini running SL and have not experienced any problems with the USB connection. I use it through bluetooth with my Macbook Air running Lion.
