Hi Lou,

Well, the problem of losing internet connections persists. Now, here's what
I'm wondering. Before I format and re-install the OS and the one app I've
added, I think I should contact Apple. When I looked at my hard disk specs, I
noticed that the drive was created in October of last year. That seems like a
long time for a drive to be sitting around, or worse, I[m wondering if this
unit was returned? Anyway, I'm wondering if I should request a hard drive
replacement, which I assume would mean the iMac unit itself? I think it's
either going to be a replacement or the route you recommended. Thanks.
