Maybe for the next IOS they need to have a bridge since VO and Siri create a feedback loop just like Jaws and Dragon do if you don't have JSAY or the Old versions of Kurzweil and JAWS when you had to shut off the speech or it crashed. I would let apple know this happens often so they can fix it.
