One thing I would like to see in Mountain Lion would be the ability to use the Caps Lock key as the vo modifier keys. This is not just because it is used in some Windows screen readers. I believe it makes a lot of sense to repurpose this particular keyboard location. The Caps Lock functionality could still be available.
