Hi there! Well I can help here! It is not clear but I found out by accident! What you have to do is keep your finger on the track pad and tap the key up and down to change the setting! But the way most people think the instruction means is to hold the key down and tap the track pad and then think it does not work! So try the other way to change settings! hth Colin
