Hi There. Usually, whenever I've trouble with rairing Bluetooth devices, I have restarted both devices, totally turning them off and starting over. This has usually worked for me. I had my iPhoone refuse to refuse to pair with my Apple Bluetooth keyboard once, and that's how I resolved it.
