Jennifer, I just wanted to chime in that the regular Facebook site is what I use. A majority of what one wishes to accomplish is accessible on the site. I have used the mobile site. From time to time, I'll use a feature or two on there, but I much rather use the main site.
You can post links, update status, comment on your own status, comment on others' updates, or use different aps. There are a few times where FB Accessilibty responded promptly and assisted me with any issues quickly, but other times where they did not respond yet the issue was eventually resolved by the team.
