I would suggest writing to Facebook but that's a whole challenge in itself. I
know a lot of blind people who use the mobile Facebook site on their computers,
so this is really going to frustrate a lot of people. I wonder if Facebook do
it on purpose. Perhaps that will be in the sequel to that film all about the
making of Facebook. We'll discover in the next film that the founder of
Facebook once asked a blind girl out at school, only to be rebuffed. He then
came home to find that his parents had been murdered by an evil blind man. From
that day on, he swore that he would get revenge and make a social networking
site that was deliberately as inaccessible for blind people as possible.
Goodness knows why they didn't put this in the film; it was a bit of an
oversight, but that's just typical hollywood.
What is so frustrating about this is that the mobile site was so accessible.
They're also doing image statuses now as well, so blind people can't see
people's statuses because they're not always text.

There must be a way that you can force Facebook to open the mobile site on your
computer. Perhaps a Google search will yield something positive.
