Hi Alex. I know I'm new, but it sounds like you are having the same problem I had. In my case, I had to get backup files, after first having erased the original file. I renamed the backup file. Then I shut down the computer and closed all the windows. I reported to accessibil...@apple.com and they said they would let those that needed to know about it.
