Most monitors with DVI also have VGA hookups and some buttons to switch 
between them, so maybe you don't need a switch at all. You can just run 
your PC on the DVI connection and your Mac on VGA, or vice versa. If you 
care about the picture quality digital DVI will be better than analog 
VGA but if you just need it to make the mini happy then it doesn't matter.
