Dear MacVisionaries,
I've just sent the following letter to Apple Accessibility.  I hope it provides 
a decent summation of some of the issues we've been experiencing with the new 
OS, and that it will give them a better idea of what sorts of things should be 
looked into when they upgrade the product.
