OK wait a minute though. Are you using an apple bluetooth wireless keyboard, or a macbook? Remember, if you have your function keys said as they are by default to hardware, and if you have an fn key on your keyboard, then in that scenareo, you'd need to do fn+Command+F5... not just command+F5. Aside that, it should be working.

I've not experienced this issue.
