Hi,

If your a voiceover user, its a great deal for $30 in my opinion. We now have
1 letter navigation in the web browser, profiles you can set up for different
apps. A boat load of new high quality voices for no extra charge. And I'm
sure I'm missing some new features. I can't see any reason not to upgrade
unless there is some important app you use that is not Lion compatible.
