Hi Jonathan and all. Thanks for all this help. All my software and everything is up to date, so why this is showing up is still a mystery. I ran another permissions repair just before just out of curiosity,. The same message showed up which I'm not to worried about now, but I got another one on a java file, something about it being named or labelled incorrectly. So now I'm getting rather confused. Kari.
