Hi Myrna, When you run Docuscan, does it give you the Hovercam as an option? There is some software which you can download from the Hovercam website for the Mac. I have to wonder if this isn't part of the problem. I keep getting this page appears to be blank and Serotek is putting in a request to replace the camera for the second time. Wish I could be of further help but I don't know what else to suggest at this time.
