Hi George, How did you get your music on your Touch? If you used iTunes to sync it there, then you can use the same process to sync music onto the iPad. As long as you use iTunes as your main music library, you are able to place music on any of your iDevices. If you have purchased the music with your Touch, then simply sync the Touch with your iTunes Library on your Mac, all the music should thus move over to the Mac then you can sync it to the iPad.
If you used some other method to place music onto your Touch, then you'll need to use a ripper app to acquire the music from the Touch. Later...
