Hi Brandt: I've done this a couple of different ways. One: you can export the whole mailbox to an external, or flash drive and bring them over in that way. You could also forward them to whatever your Mac email is set to receive, being sure to disable the windows one from receiving them. Probably the first way's the least painful, considering you have a vast amount.:)
I don't have a good understanding of the Migration assistant on the Mac. But, it's possible it could be helpful. Perhaps someone on list who is familiar can offer info about using that program. Either way, not to panic.
