Hi Christine -- I guess I'm not surprised. While I managed to get it working on mine using those steps, accessing flash content on the Mac is awfully difficult. In step 10, which did you use: The mouse keys, a trackpad or a mouse? When you moved the mouse cursor to the VO cursor and started moving the mouse to the left, did you hear anything at all while moving the mouse cursor? Also, did you hear back from the website regarding their use of flash? Bryan
