Hi,

The status menu is not accessible with voiceover with installed 3rd party apps. 
 Their is a work around for this though.  Problem is, in the latest version of 
dropbox, they have some how managed to make the preferences window totally 
inaccessible with voiceover once you've used the work around to access the 
dropbox menu from the status bar. :(.  Its a let down but, not a complete 
disaster.  Dropbox isn't one of those apps where one really needs to constantly 
be making changes to its settings.
