Hello Recardo. 
Thanks so much. I got Dropbox set up. Even the windows side I had to use the
JAWS cursor to install it. How about the status menu? I tried to find it but
it's not where I would expect it to be.

Exactly.

Although voiceover is telling you that dropbox has no windows, there is
indeed a window.  It says somethings like Welcome to Dropbox.  And then the
options create an account or I have an existing account are displayed
underneath.
