Hello Denise,

I assume the Infovox iVox voices package you downloaded was a .dmg file. If so, 
when you open it, you have a folder containing a number of files. Look for the 
one with the .pkg extension and open it with Cmd-O. You will then be guided 
through the installation process.

If you aren't see the file extensions, in the Finder, go into Finder 
Preferences, Cmd-Comma, and select the Advanced tab. Check the Show all 
filename extensions check box. This will help you to know what to do with any 
given file.
