Hi Christine, I must admit I'm stumped if all you're doing is saving RTF. I've done this many times and never ran into any problems of the sort you describe. If you were somehow opening the RTF file as a text file, without the proper conversions, garbage is understandable. Other than that, I'm not sure at all what the issue might be.
