I must admit I am no further ahead with your description. Do you mean that I should be opening the applications folder in step 1 or the application I wish to Zap?
In step 2, what am I hitting vo m or command o on? In step 3, where is this "open" that I need to navigate to? Thank you for any clarity you can provide.
