Hey there

1. Open the application.
2. Either his vo m or hit command o. THen browse to the program e.g 
applications>skype.
3. Navigate to open, do vo space. This should bring you to a window with all 
the info about what is being delted, the option to delete it, etc. There it a 
zap button at the end, and you should be able to click it and everything should 
be removed with a most commical cartoonish sound.
