Hi Denise, That's a bit of a tricky question because different libraries apparently offer different selections of titles. You might consider starting from OverDrive's own search page, a link to which I'll paste below. There you can select the format you're interested in (MP3, WMA, EPUB, etc) and enter various criteria to search by. Using the example of James Patterson, I searched all libraries for Creator = Patterson and found zero of his titles in MP3 format but several in WMA format and a bunch in the unusable Adobe EPUB ebook format. If and when your search does return a title you're interested in, the search results will include a list of the libraries carrying that title.
Also on that search page, there is a section to locate libraries in your area by zip code or name. Here's the link to Overdrive's search page. BTW, I was able to navigate this using VO on the Mac: http://search.overdrive.com/classic/default.asp HTH, Bryan On Feb 28, 2011, at 9:48 PM, Denise Avant wrote: > for those of you who have experience with overdrive media, i'm wondering if > any of the more popular books, like those by james patterson are in mp3 > format. it does not have to be patterson, just using him as an example. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "MacVisionaries" group.
