Hi. Ok I wrote to dropbox yesterday, and I got an answer back, where they asked me if I could give them more details.
I think that, if you write a mail to them, and describes the problems, I think they will try to solve it, that's how I understand it. we need to be positive, when we are writing to developers, that gives a lot.
