Greetings to all from 33 thousand feet in the air. I am so excited to share that logging on to the Alaska Airlines inflight wireless was a fully accessible experience, including the lie chat I had to have with the agent because on their end, the page did not load properly in the account creation. I am sure I am not the first blind person to do this, but I just had to share the joy. Their CAPTHA is really interesting; they give you a small math problem to which you type the answer; mine was 8 plus 3 = and yes, I did know the answer, :)
The person in the live chat was really great. I explained that I was using a screen reader and would be looking for the chat window so it might take a moment longer; they stuck with me all the way.
