Esther, I have tried this command set on my Air, and it does not work. If I want to go to the beginning of a line, control left arrow does that and control right takes me to the end of my line. I have been meaning to ask on this list what on earth I am not doing, for the fn key doesn't move anything. But, I have so many other asks here, I put that down the list a way. But now that Denise has asked and you have answered, I thought I'd share my lack of success with fn up, down, left and right. Do you have any thoughts? I hate all the scrolling I do, especially when the darned document is long and I know what I need is at the top or the bottom or near thereto, and I'm in the middle, :)
