Hi Matthew: Ok, Vuescan is officially ot working for me at all. Anyone a tad familiar with this app who might help please write off list. It's now calling everything a jpg file, soafter finally getting my serial and customer number entered, (no small feat), I can get it to scan. The results are being deemed jpg files, even though the settings are set to scan text and perform OCR. Any help would be super vastly appreciated. TIA
