Hi,

Why didn't she back up her music?  I mean,  If you bought a CD and it was lost 
or destroyed, wouldn't you have to by another?  I do agree that Apple should 
allow one to redownload all purchased media though.  But if you can take the 
initiative, and back up your downloads, you would save a lot of time in the 
long run.
