I would personally say a Mac Mini. I Don't really see much difference between 
the Mac Mini's processor and the iMac.
Another thing to note is that for most things, a mac is not really that 
processor intensive at all. I recently bought a macbook pro, but it was the 2.4 
instead of the 2.6. My sister has the 2.6, and I've noticed really no 
difference. The fact that apple create both the hardware and softwear also 
helps a bunch.
