Tim, thanks I appreciate that. I was missing the step to turn cursor tracking
off.
Thanks again
Frank

hi Frank,

To select consecutive items:

* Interact with the Songs Table.
* Navigate to the first item you wish to select.
* Press the shift key then press the down arrow until the last item
you wish selected is selected.

To select non-consecutive items:

* Interact with the Songs Table.
* Navigate to the first item you wish to select.
* Bring the mouse cursor to VO (press VO-cmd-f5). Add the FN key if
on a portable or small keyboard.
* turn off cursor tracking (VO-shift-f3). Add the FN key as mentioned
above.
* Navigate to the next item you wish to select then press VO-cmd-
space.
* Navigate to the next item then press the same combination as in the
previous step.
* If you mistakenly select an item, simply press the same key
combination again to deselect.

Once everything is selected, you can press cmd-c to Copy, or use other
key combinations to create a playlist from the selected items or
whatever you wish to do.

Remember to turn cursor tracking back on, VO-shift-f3.

HTH.
