Cody, These questions have ben asked on the list in the past. This list to the best of my recollection is not exclusively just for issues of accessibility. I agree that his questions can be answered by searching the web and there are lots of great sites and electronic materials out there available. So, I think instead of discouraging the questions, let's provide possible sources or encouragement to do a little rtfm before asking questions.
