Your post brings up an interesting point about the preview pain. I don't use it as I use Zoom along with VO, and so I don't want to have to scroll or navigate down to the message area. Preferring the message open on top, then I just hit delete or reply or whatever. I forgot to tell Apple that when I wrote them.
