how can that be simple if you need a device that isn't even connected to the computer? I don't have an apple mouse. so I found that the easier way is to again. press VO and while holding that down, take 2 fingers and twist to the left on the track pad, like turning a knob. I am not trying to be an ass here, but it really doesn't get any easier than that.
