You might have to have a windows user help you get your audible
authorization up and running. I read this at the FAQ link below. the page
includes instructions on how to authorize in Windows, using audible Manager.
Q. Can the Stream connect to a MAC computer?
A. At present, HumanWare does not provide technical support for MAC
connectivity. However, we are aware that many MAC users are successfully
connecting the Stream to their MAC computer. If the Stream does not connect
then an alternative is to use a USB card reader. HumanWare is working with
Apple to improve MAC connectivity.
