I agree with you, Olivia and Mike. I switched from Jaws to Hal, and then from Hal to Window-Eyes. It's an expensive proposition, but GW Micro has a payment plan. It's the only way I was able to afford Window-Eyes and in my experience, GW Micro has much better technical support and customer service than Freedom.
