Hi Everyone: So my gmail continues to have issues this morning. I called Apple tech support, and they were great as usual. Usually, I find I need to deal with a "Senior advisor" This was the case again this time, and he told me that his gmail's having issues as well, running slowly, doing strange things in Apple mail, etc. After messing around with my settings we concluded that the best way is to read mail on the website. He turned on VO, and showed me the basics (I'm confused by the conversation layout of the web based interface) the only thing we couldn't figure out is how to reply to messages on the web and how to read the complete message contents? Is there a way to disable the conversation feature and just read individual messages? I really hope Google resolves this soon! It does, indeed, seem to be a gmail issue, though. Thanks for any advice about using ths site to work with gMail for the timebeing! :) Olivia
