Yep or as I've decided if there's something Mack does that PC won't in my case
Pro Tools. Than only do that with it.
With all the weerd menus diss apearing VO sometimes seasing up meh I'm not
making Mack primary.

I can't. Also I guess I'm too use to outlook.
The depressing thing was when the thought gosh and this is how I supposedly
wanted a studio.
Oh and for anyone else experiencing this at times VO just seases up and you
have to quick nav off than on again and again to keep navigating a page just
quick open and close spotlight and that fixes it with out having to restart VO.

Subject: Re: Mac OS software latest update

Don’t use something for how it should be, accessibility especially. Android is
a great example. Very open, for mobile standards, but still missing VoiceOver
quality and consistency. Not to say Android can’t be used; I used it for five
months, with tools I vibe coded into shape. Nothing fancy, just Termux, Emacs
with Emacspeak, had codex within Termux fix stuff up, all that. But then I
wound up using Emacs more than Android itself. And then something broke,
depression kicked in, and I went wailing back to Apple. My point being that if
the Mac doesn’t work for you, and Apple doesn’t prioritize it, then you don’t
have to use it. Linux even shows files on your iPhone in its file manager (true
for Fedora 44 Mate desktop anyway).

This is another major concern for me and more so with Apple OS.
I came to apple with the understanding and supposition that things are very
consistent because there is central authority and only one single source of
engineering decisions on top of an already robust os (Unix ).
So unlike Linux which is open source and has many flavours (AKA distros ) where
many branches of authority exist and unlike Windows where the architecture
itself is flawed, Mac should be very consistent in experiences.
But I think it is much worst then what people imagine.
In fact I have started contemplating going back to the wonderful world of Orca
and Linux.
Perhaps I will add a virtual machine on Mac and use almost all resources.
I love the hardware, it’s durability and the M series processors with system on
chip which gives great performance, but the OS is far from being satisfactory
even below the open source quality as far as accessibility is concerned.
Again, if someone is facing a major bug it should have been consistent or at
least near consistent, and if some thing is really working great, it should be
almost as good with others, but now I see my supposition, although logically
correct given the way Mac OS is developed is in practice totally wrong.

With the Safari bug it is not as bad.
I don’t hear the image, but yes some times when I directly close my browser
without closing the pages first, all my pages open when I launch Safari next
time. And this is the time when I have to escape away from the tool bar which
is rather irritating, but I always get to the page structure an and not image.

Hi Brad,

I do get the Accessibility server has no Windows message often when restarting
my Mac. It goes away, but I’ve always thought it odd.

I have my Safari set to a homepage, so there is no need for me to be in the
toolbar at all, but I almost always end up there. Then I stop interacting,
arrow over to the page, and VO says Image. I then have to use one of the
strategies I described earlier to view the page. So, any time I open a page, I
have to implement four or five keystrokes before I can even start viewing the
page. It gets old fast.
Cheers,
Donna

I used to get the "Accessibility UIServer has no windows" sometimes"

When opening Safari, I have mine set to open to an empty page, with focus on
the address edit field, which is of course in the Toolbar.
Since this is expected behavior, I have never considered this a bug.

This is random, usually after booting up but happens other times too.

   Another bug...
When Safari is launched, automatically is interacted in toolbar.
