I've also had difficulty reproducing some of the bugs discussed online
(e.g., on AppleVis). I suspect some of the issues depend on Voiceover
configuration and the exact sequence of actions that the user takes.
This is presumably among the reasons why Apple recommends sending a
sysdiagnose report (Ctrl-Option-Command-Shift-.) when submitting details
of a bug.
