Hi, This has gradually started happening in latest Tahoe. I’d launch an application, say Messages or Numbers, but Voiceover loses focus and when I try to command+tab through the open applications it will announce the newly open app but it won’t regain focus on it until I offload Voiceover and load it again. This is worrying. Anybody has had this happen too?
